Cancellation Policy

Alkimiya Studio – Booking & Cancellation Policy Welcome to Alkimiya. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all, we kindly ask clients to review and agree to the following booking and cancellation terms when reserving a session with us, whether in-studio or via Zoom. Booking Policy All sessions must be booked in advance through our official website or designated contact channels. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with session details, location (in-studio or Zoom), and any materials or information you may need to prepare. For in-person sessions, please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure you’re ready to begin on time. For Zoom sessions, please ensure your device, internet connection, and environment are prepared for a smooth digital experience. Payment & Confirmation Sessions are confirmed once payment is received in full (unless otherwise arranged). Prices and session lengths are listed clearly at the time of booking. Any additional services or time requested during the session may be subject to added charges, pending availability. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. Out of respect for our team and other clients, the following cancellation policy applies: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking. Cancellations made between 24–48 hours before the session are eligible for a 50% refund or credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Rescheduling You may reschedule your session once, free of charge, if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a cancellation and follows the policy above. Late Arrivals We honor your time and ours. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to fit the schedule or canceled, depending on availability. Missed Zoom appointments are treated as no-shows unless prior notice is given. Studio Etiquette (for In-Person Sessions) Please respect the studio space and follow any guidelines shared by the team on arrival. Guests are not permitted unless pre-approved. Food, drink, and use of personal equipment may be restricted unless discussed beforehand. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us create a smooth and inspiring experience for all our clients and collaborators.
